How much does a website cost? It depends on the number of pages and features you need. After a short call we send a fixed quote, so you know the full cost before any work starts.
How long does it take to build? Most business websites take one to two weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback come in. Larger stores and custom software take longer, and we agree the timeline in writing before we start.
Is the quote fixed, or can the price change? The quote is fixed for the scope we agree in writing. If you ask for something new along the way, we quote it separately first, so there are never surprise charges.
How do payments work? Payment milestones are written into your quote, so you always know what is due and when.
Will I own the website? Yes. The code, domain, hosting and content are all yours, and we hand over every login at launch. There is no lock-in.
Who hosts the website? We set up hosting in your name on a provider that suits the project, such as Vercel, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, AWS or Hostinger. If you already have hosting, we can use that instead.
I don’t have a domain yet. Can you help? Yes. We help you choose a domain and register it in your name, then connect it to your website and set up a matching business email if you need one.
Can I update the website myself? Yes, if you want to. We can build on a platform with an easy editor, such as Shopify or WordPress, or add a simple admin panel, and show you how to use it. You can also just send changes to us.
Can you redesign or fix my existing website? Yes. We can speed it up, refresh the design, move it to a better platform or rebuild it, while protecting the Google rankings you already have.
Will my website work well on phones? Yes. Every site is designed mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops, because that is where most of your customers will see it.
Do you build online stores? Yes. We build stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or fully custom, with online payments through Razorpay, Cashfree or Stripe, plus shipping, coupons and order notifications.
Can you build custom software or a web app? Yes. We build CRMs, dashboards, booking systems and internal tools. LeadsCrypt, our own CRM and lead dialer, is one example.
Is my website secure? Every site runs on HTTPS with sensible security settings from day one. We also offer penetration testing and code audits if you want an existing site or app checked properly.
Do I need to write the content myself? You know your business best, so we start from what you tell us and shape it into clear, search-friendly website copy. If you don’t have photos yet, we suggest options that fit your budget.
Will my website show up on Google? We set up everything Google needs to find and understand your site: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, structured data and Search Console. Rankings then build over time, and anyone who promises the number one spot is guessing.
How fast will my website load? Speed is built in, not added later. Images are compressed, code is kept lean and pages are served from fast hosting. Our client sites load their main content in under 2 seconds.
Do you run Google and Meta ads? Yes. We set up and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, with conversion tracking so you can see which ads bring in enquiries.
What is GEO or AEO? Generative and answer engine optimisation: making your business easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers to understand and recommend. We structure your site and content so these tools can cite you.
What can WhatsApp automation do for my business? Using the official WhatsApp Business API, it can reply to common questions instantly, capture enquiries from your website, and send order updates, reminders and follow-ups without anyone typing them.
Do you build Telegram or Discord bots? Yes. We build Telegram and Discord bots for communities, alerts, support and internal workflows, and can connect them to your website, CRM or payments.
What are Google review NFC cards? A card or stand your customers tap with their phone to open your Google review page straight away. No app and no typing, so many more happy customers actually leave a review.
Do you work with clients outside India? Yes. We work with clients anywhere in the world over calls, video meetings, email and WhatsApp. Our team is based in Mumbai and Surat, India.
